I liked how peaceful and green the garden and the park was. I played various games and tried to learn swimming too in which I failed miserably. I liked the view from the balcony and the apartment was great, I got to meet various types of people and got to experience their daily life."

"Very bad maintenance in society .it is 10 year old property in bricks. Do not invest in this pathetic property. Even it is not recommended to live in this society in rent . Worst lift in apex Lift system in maintenance for 10 days for each monthly . Balcony plaster gets breaks and may fall at any time"

"Society is amazing... All hearts... But (Tenant for fully furnished flats) Beware of your deposit money. Owners will most probably won't return. They might find (create) reasons to keep it. Even if you keep the flat clean and tidy. Also proper documentation (agreement) is MUST."

"The maintenance of this society is severely lacking, despite being managed by a reputed company like JLL. I have a persistent leak in one of the sewage pipes on my balcony. I've repeatedly called and informed their office, but no one has bothered to visit or address the issue. It’s been days, and still, no solution has been provided. This level of negligence is unacceptable."
